MMS CCE’s for a Growth Mindset

This course includes a variety of learning modalities that continually build the capacity of the coach through content exposure, to benefit his or her clients and the overall knowledge base. It focuses on the development of the coach’s competence with a wide range of rich opportunities for the support and development of a coach’s skill set.

MMS partnered with the ICF is committed to providing opportunities for coaches to consistently develop and grow professionally through training and skills enhancement.

Course Dates and Times

  • 10 Weeks

  • Tuesdays from 4 pm – 5:30 pm PST

  • Course runs from October 12th, 2021 to December 14th, 2021

  • Enrollment Fee: $525 per person

CCE’s for a Growth Mindset is a start to finish (15 CCE Units/hours) coach training program that includes:

  • Weekly 90 minute sessions

  • ICF Core Competencies

  • ICF definition of coaching

  • Observed coaching sessions

  • Coaching tools and assessments

  • One-on-One discussions with coaches worldwide

Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units are earned upon completing Continuing Coach Education.

CCE units are awarded in two categories:

  • Core Competencies: Advanced coach training that directly relates to or expands upon the ICF Core Competencies.

  • Resource Development: Training in skills that contribute to a coach’s professional development (e.g., personal development, coaching tools or assessments, business building, or other material that falls outside the ICF Core Competencies).

Your Instructor

Kamaria Joy Jones

Kamaria Joy Jones is a Communication Coach trained through the MMS Worldwide Institute, and Training & Development Manager for Mill Creek Residential Trust.

Prior to her current position with Millcreek, Kamaria worked as a Training and Development Manager with AIR Communities where she supported the development of a remote leadership program and the optimization of the new employee onboarding experience. Kamaria also led the project converting in-person values-based sales and customer service trainings to two 3-part virtual ILT web series for team members. In addition, she liaised with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s training support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures.

Kamaria has always been passionate about motivating and inspiring people in positive ways. She believes her life purpose is to empower others to evolve into their best selves by creating environments that inspire and encourage awesome communication, true happiness, positive self-discovery, and new levels of self-love and growth. She continues to carry out this purpose through volunteer work, keeping a positive social media presence, personal mastery, and consistently exceeding her training and professional goals.
